Liturgical Ministers
Altar Servers

Altar servers play an important role in the enhancement of our liturgical celebrations. The girls and boys who serve are entrusted with the responsibility of assisting the priest during Mass and providing a smooth flow for the celebration.

Those who are cross-bearers and acolytes (who set up the altar) are just some of the duties the servers provide. Any boy or girl who is in the 3rd grade and has received their First Communion is welcome to serve! Training is required.

EXTRODINARY Ministers OF
HOLY COMMUNION

What more wonderful way is there to serve God than to share the Body and Blood of Christ with you parish community during Mass or at the home of the elderly or sick? Ministers of Holy Communion, more commonly referred to as Eucharistic Ministers, clearly identifies a person as one who desires to serve God's people and continue the mission of Christ to His disciples. Training is required.

Lectors
Lectors are called to proclaim the Word of God with clarity and grace. Through preparing the readings in advance, learning proper pronunciation of names and places, and articulating well with good tone and pacing, they bring to life the Scripture and give meaning to the General Intercessions. Training is required.

Ushers

Do you enjoy interacting with different people? Consider becoming an usher! Ushers play an important role in greeting and welcoming parishioners and guests/visitors, directing and seating them, assisting the disabled, providing emergency care, distributing the bulletins, and collecting the Offertory donations.
